Mirantis ZeroOps recognized in latest Gartner Magic Quadrant
Mirantis has once again been included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Container Management – chosen as one of a small number of organizations represented in the report, out of 40 companies initially evaluated. Mirantis is proud to be included in the report with some of the biggest names in cloud native offerings today – indeed, in a report wherein IBM, the parent of Red Hat, rated only an ‘Honorable Mention.’
Gartner called out the Mirantis ZeroOps approach to reducing operational burden for our customers as well as our extensive Enterprise support track record with proof points from 700+ Customers. Placement of Mirantis in the Niche quadrant was driven by the flexibility Mirantis has shown in providing unique capabilities that help our customers build value for their businesses.
Further highlights included special mention of the Mirantis contribution to developer productivity tools, with amazee.io and Lens AppIQ (referred to as Lens Apps/Shipa in the report, because Gartner only included products generally available as of late Spring 2023.) In addition, our contributions to the open source community were highlighted with special mention of Lens and k0s, particularly highlighting the extensive support k0s provides for Edge and IOT use cases.
Shifting focus to our momentum: we count 700+ current enterprise customers and support 400,000 container nodes in production as well as 1 million users of Lens. Of the Fortune 100, one-third are Mirantis’ customers. To service our customers, we employ a follow-the-sun model over 15 countries – meaning we are always there to serve you, and we get high marks in this area.
Mirantis prides itself on always being available and ready to support our customers, enable them to be successful with their cloud native journeys, and in being able to rapidly assess and provide solutions to our customers’ needs. This, combined with our incredible and proven ZeroOps customer support is why our customers continue to trust and grow with us.
